Side extension to a semi-detached house in Upton, Wirral. Ground conditions on this one required mini piling before any blockwork could go up — a specialist operation we handled on site before the main build began.

Ground conditions meant standard strip foundations weren't suitable here — mini piling was required to get down to stable bearing ground before the structure could go up. The rig was brought onto the driveway and piles were installed across the full footprint of the extension.
