Yes. Non-structural work (brickwork, masonry, renovations and general building works) is covered by a written workmanship guarantee of up to 6 years, depending on scope and materials.
Many materials carry manufacturer warranties (for example windows, doors, and certain roofing products). Where applicable, these are passed directly to you and confirmed during the quoting stage.
Guarantees typically do not cover general wear and tear, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, misuse, third-party alterations, or issues caused by materials supplied/installed by others. Your written terms will outline the details clearly.
