This project involved knocking through two separate rear rooms to create a single open-plan living and dining space, paired with a new rear extension featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing and exposed RSJ steelwork. The result is a bright, modern space that flows seamlessly from kitchen to garden — completely unrecognisable from what was there before.
