The Project
Garage Conversion & Rear Extension, Wirral
This project converted an existing integral garage into a fully usable rear extension, adding valuable ground floor living space to the home. The extension was built with matching brickwork to blend seamlessly with the existing property, finished with bifold doors opening directly onto the rear garden.
A clean, practical transformation that adds both space and value — and means the family gets a proper room where the garage used to be. CNR Construction handled everything in-house from groundworks through to the final exterior finish. Completed April 2025.
