The Brief

A Birkenhead family came to us with a goal: open their own convenience store from scratch. The plot at 577 Price Street needed to go from bare ground to a fully trading commercial unit. We took on the full scope — groundworks, structure, brickwork, shopfront, and fitout — and got to work.

Breaking Ground

Every build starts here. We excavated and prepared the site, clearing and levelling for the foundations that would carry the structure above.

Groundworks & Foundations

Solid foundations are everything on a commercial build. We completed the groundworks to spec before any brickwork went up, making sure the structure had the right base from day one.

Brickwork & Structure

With the foundations set, the walls went up course by course. Built to last and finished to a standard the client and their neighbours could be proud of.

Completed & Open for Business

Handed over July 2024. The shop opened shortly after and is now a thriving convenience store at 577 Price Street, Birkenhead — serving the local community. This one was a real pleasure to build. Seeing a family's business dream become a physical reality is exactly why we do what we do.
